	Your license number,
	Meplus*.err file(s) from your MetaEdit+ directory,
	MetaEdit+ version number and patches loaded (use Help \| About),
	Operating system and its version,
	Steps that led to the problem, and
	Can the problem be reproduced on more than one machine?
