Service Release 1 for MetaEdit+ 3.0 released

Service Release 1 for MetaEdit+ 3.0 is now available. This release provides significant improvements to MetaEdit+'s speed, usability, and integration with other applications.

Service Release 1 for MetaEdit+ 3.0 in a nutshell:

• Easier and faster use: shortcut keys, double clicks, menu accessor keys, scalable dialogs
• Faster database operations: commit and abandon 5-10 times faster
• Support for external text editors
• Document generation to a single Word document (look at example output).
• Clickable image maps in HTML documentation files: you can navigate system documentation in the web by clicking the elements of the picture. Look at an example!
• Mouse settings: swap the behaviour of the middle and right mouse buttons.
• XMI export for UML Class Diagrams
• Improved import/export for large models
• Improved printing, including more accurate text wrapping
• Improved browsers' user interface and hierarchy selection

• Java generators improved (added package visibility, abstract classes based on inheritance, final and static attributes updated, static and constructor operations updated)
