Hi,
I defined the Event comment attribute, and the data type is External Element. As shown in the figure, can I show the picture when modeling?

When modeling, you can use the  http://www.metacase.com/support/55/manuals/mwb/Mw-2_6_4.html#Index113" rel="nofollow - External Element  widget's pop-up menu's  http://www.metacase.com/support/55/manuals/meplus/Mp-3_3_1.html#Heading671" rel="nofollow - Execute item to open the referenced file or URL. You can also reference the picture in generator output, e.g. as part of Word or HTML exports, to have it appear in the generated file.

If you want the picture to appear as part of the symbol, import it into the Symbol Editor instead. If there are a few alternative pictures, you can make them http://www.metacase.com/support/55/manuals/mwb/Mw-3_2_1.html#Index153" rel="nofollow - conditional , e.g. on a Fixed List property where the modeler chooses which picture to show. If there are many, it's better to put each picture in its own http://www.metacase.com/support/55/manuals/mwb/Mw-3_6.html" rel="nofollow - Library Symbol , and use a http://www.metacase.com/support/55/manuals/mwb/Mw-3_2_9.html" rel="nofollow - Template to choose the correct Library Symbol as http://www.metacase.com/support/55/manuals/mwb/Mw-3_2_9.html#Heading745" rel="nofollow - Subsymbol .

If you want a whole directory of pictures that you could refer to, it's easy enough to generate the http://www.metacase.com/support/55/manuals/sysadmin/sa-2_4_1.html" rel="nofollow - MXS file for their library symbols and import that, and add the file names to a Fixed List property's values ( http://www.metacase.com/support/55/manuals/mwb/Mw-2_6_4.html#Heading525" rel="nofollow - Edit as Text ). You can see the MXS file format easily if you http://www.metacase.com/support/55/manuals/mwb/Mw-3_6.html" rel="nofollow - Export a couple of such symbols. It's a simple XML  http://www.metacase.com/support/55/manuals/mwb/Mw-8_4_5.html" rel="nofollow - format : SVG with minor extensions, e.g. http://www.metacase.com/support/55/manuals/mwb/Mw-8_4_6.html#Heading3325" rel="nofollow - scale for images .
